At Furniture Mall, we’re committed to helping you love every piece you bring home. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help make it right—with a process designed to be as smooth as possible.

Cancellation or Returns
Please note that all returns and cancellations are subject to approval and merchandise inspection. Here’s what to keep in mind:

  • In-Stock Merchandise: You may return in-stock items in their original, like new condition for an exchange or 100% store credit within 10 days of delivery or pick-up.  If you choose to not re-select, your product refund will be less a 10% restocking fee.
  • Non-Returnable/Refundable Items: Some items, such as clearance items, pillows, mattress protectors, sheets, power bed bases, special order fabrics, and services like shipping, delivery, and protection plans, are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Custom Orders: After 3 days from order, you can still receive up to 75% credit or refund on canceled or changed order.
  • Mattress Exchange: Mattresses priced over $999 and purchased with a protector, may be exchanged once within 30-100 days for an item of equal value. A $299 pick-up and disposal fee will apply.
  • Receipt of Purchase: Please arrange pick-up or delivery within 30 days. After 30 days, a $2/day per piece storage fee applies. After 60 days, we may refund your purchase minus storage fees and a 30% restocking fee, and the items may be re-sold.
  • Restocking Fees: A reasonable restocking fee will apply to returns, exchanges, or cancellations. (10% minimum, 25% custom order minimum)
  • Pick-Up Fees: If you request Furniture Mall to pick up and return items for a return or exchange, a normal delivery fee will apply.
  • Refunds: Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original purchase. For cash payments, refunds will be issued by a mailed check from our central office.

Reference Number (Sale #) – found at the top of your receipt

Once submitted, our Returns Manager will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
