What to Bring
- Your Order Receipt or Driver’s License
- A properly sized vehicle and any tie-downs or blankets needed for safe transport
Guest Pick Up Process
- To expedite the pick-up process, please call ahead so we are able to begin the process of pulling your items. Note, although we do our best to have items ready, there may be a wait time if we are experiencing a high volume of pick-ups at that time.
- Loading area is located on the North side of our Lee's Summit Mall.
- Have your Order Receipt or Driver’s License ready.
- Visit the Guest Services Desk to check-in.
- Once notified your items are ready to load, please park in loading zone along north side. We are able to assist with loading, however due to safety reasons, we are unable to drive your vehicle or strap/tie down merchandise.
- We may capture photos of all product leaving for documentation.
- Please double check your load before leaving, once product leaves our facility you assume responsibly.
