What to Bring
- Your Order Receipt or Driver’s License
- A properly sized vehicle and any tie-downs or blankets needed for safe transport
Guest Pick Up Process
- To expedite the pick-up process, please call ahead so we are able to begin the process of pulling your items. Note, although we do our best to have items ready, there may be a wait time if we are experiencing a high volume of pick-ups at that time.
- Loading docks are located on the backside of our Olathe Mall (West side).
- Please park in lot near the west side entrance.
- Have your Order Receipt or Driver’s License ready.
- Ring the Doorbell.
- Once notified your items are ready to load, please back up to the overhead doors located on the south side of the glass doors. We are able to assist with loading, however due to safety reasons, we are unable to back up your vehicle or strap/tie down merchandise.
- We may capture photos of products leaving for documentation.
- Please double check your load before leaving, once products leave our facility you assume responsibly.
