At the Furniture Mall, our Delivery Service is designed to ensure you'll be completely satisfied with your delivery.
The process starts at our distribution center, where we thoroughly inspect your merchandise to ensure it's in perfect condition and ready for your home. Then our delivery team carefully loads your purchase, protects its with padding, and delivers it using our own trucks.
At your home, our Delivery Service includes:
- Assembly (if needed)
- Set up (if needed)
- Placement where desired in your home
- Removal of all packaging materials
Our service does not include removal of old furniture or rearranging furniture.
In preparation for delivery, please make sure the path from your door to where the furniture will be placed is clear of any obstructions. Our team cannot move your existing furniture, televisions, stereo equipment, or other items.
